Awesome Experience. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all the effort in building this food van for me to MY requirements. For people looking to start a food truck business, i can tell you by experience of working with bill and team that they are 100% the best out there in the food truck manufacturing industry. I understand like any food business trying to start their food business, i had apprehension on the whole idea let alone the food truck. I went to about 6 food truck companies before i decided to go with bill and i am glad that i made the right decision. First up , there are plenty of businesses out that show up on the internet who claim to be food truck manufacturers but they are so not. The knowledge and experience of Bill is unmatched in the industry. Things people need to know are the kind of panels that are being used. Bill uses Bondor panels with 25 years warranty. Every food trailer is different and so is yours.They will customize to suit the kind of size you want.You will see quite a few examples on their site as well. My suggestion is to go to their showroom where you can actually see plenty of food vans in different shapes and sizes.The reason i say this ie because it will give you first hand experience and on top of that you will understand it so much better and you will end up coming up with a few ideas on your own. Most importantly , they seem to be have around for a very long time which is great. They even help you with the equipment that you need right from coffee machines to ovens ,fridges and more. Extremely knowledgeable staff are what makes this shop worth visiting. I had some questions about which trailer would be most suitable for my needs. A few seconds later someone appeared and walked me around, explaining each trailer and catered to my budget. All the staff were so friendly and thoughtful. Someone actually helped me find a much cheaper price than I had been quoted elsewhere, and secured the sale for the store. When we picked a trailer they were thorough and double, triple checked over everything, making sure it was all in working order. We settled on an 8×5 tandem box trailer with cage. It’s very well built and exceeded our expectations.

One of the best customer services I’ve experienced. Not only did he make sure the trailers were in great order he made sure everything was in check prior to leaving. Was good to also see him care about his customers ( kids were upset after the long drive and he came up and said if they’d like a juice or water and even some lollies ) great all round bloke and the trailers are great! Will recommend and be back for more trailers in the future!
